The sign in is not working


Problem:

You're trying to sign in on dartfish.com with the email and password used during sign up. However, each time you try to sign in, the system stays on the sign in page and displays an error message. You already verified the email and password are correct.


Answer:

Check that your web browser accepts cookies and try again:

Internet Explorer:
  • Select "Tools" > "Internet Options...".
  • Select the "Privacy" tab.
  • Move the slider on "Medium".
  • Click "OK".
Netscape:
  • Select "Edit" > "Preferences...".
  • Expand the "Privacy & Security" category.
  • Select "Cookies".
  • Select "Enable cookies for the originating web site only".
  • Click "OK".
Mozilla Firefox:
  • Select "Tools" > "Options...".
  • Select the "Privacy" icon.
  • Expand "Cookies".
  • Select "Enable cookies".
  • Select "Accept cookies normally".
  • Click "OK".
