As a Dartfish product owner, you receive 90 days
of complementary, person-to-person phone support:
  • The support period begins with the delivery of your product.
  • Only Dartfish customers are eligible for this service.
  • We ensure support of basic technical problems such as installation, camcorder connection, video capture, video clips management and basic help on hardware.

Customers can contact the technical support, Monday through Friday 8.30–11.30am and 13.30-17.30pm CET. We will be able to help you in French, English and German.

After your complementary support period ends, you can still receive personal service from qualified support specialists by email.

United Kingdom

USA & Canada

Flat fee (US$25 per incident)

Dartfish support agreement I (US$250 per year)
You get a year's worth of unlimited phone support.
