Following their most successful seasons to date in 2007 and 2008, Durham County Cricket Club is determined to continue to progress in 2009. To illustrate this they have entered into a formal partnership with Swiss-based video analysis company Dartfish.
"In 2008 I had one of the most important moments of my career. In one week two athletes that I coach won gold medals at the Olympic Games in Beijing: Irving Saladino, from Panama, and Maurren Maggi, from Brazil.
Both are long jumpers, and both dramatically improved important aspects of their technique since we started to use Dartfish some years ago."
Dr. Debra Allyn uses Dartfish at the University of Wisconsin at River Falls to enhance learning and to provide her biomechanics students with marketable skills. “The best learning outcome I would like to see,” states Allyn, “is each student becoming a better teacher, coach, fitness leader, physical therapist in his/her chosen profession.”

The use of Dartfish software and dartfish.tv helped contribute to a successful performance of USA Bobsled at the Whistler World Cup, bringing home some medals.
Dartfish software helped gain a greater understanding of the track, through capturing video and having it uploaded to dartfish.tv and reviewed in the Analyzer during official team video review sessions.
“Dartfish is so diverse, any sport or activity could use it. You can use it for team tactics, team movements, or to teach industrial tasks in a factory. It really is a great tool that we now have in our toolbox at Montana.”
The need for objective, accurate and relevant feedback on the performance of players from both training and competition especially was what led Dublin to choosing Dartfish.
