Dartfish.tv - How to check your access thru a proxy or a firewall
In case of connection problems to dartfish.tv through a proxy or firewall we will need you to check that the ports used by Dartfish to login and upload videos are open.
- Open a command prompt by clicking on "Start" and then select "Run..." (on Vista keyboard shortcut: wind,ows+r)
- Type "cmd" and click "Ok"

- A command window should open
- Type the command "telnet dartfish.tv 8080" and press "Enter".

- This will open a blank command window as seen below:

- When you can see a window like this type "GET" and press "Enter"
- You should get a window like this:

- If that’s the case, it means this port is open and you should be able to log into Dartfish.tv
- If not it means that you probably have a faulty configuration on your firewall or proxy that is blocking communication between you and Dartfish.TV
"telnet dartfish.tv 8081" and "telnet dartfish.tv 80"
