Enhanced CD Creation preview problem

Problem:

When I click 'Preview' in the 'Enhanced CD Creation' wizard, an empty page is displayed or the software requests an new installation process.

Answer:

You should delete the html or HTML folder in your temporary files folder.

  1. Open 'Windows Explorer' by clicking 'Start' menu ->'Programs' ->'Accessories' ->'Windows Explorer' or by double-clicking on 'My Computer' icon on your desktop.
  2. Go to the folder 'C:\\Documents and Settings\\your name\\Local Settings\\Temp\\'
  3. Delete html and/or HTML folder.
  4. Launch the Dartfish software and try tro make a preview of the enhanced CD creation process again.  

If the folder C:\\Documents and Settings\\your name\\Local Settings\\Temp\\ is not listed, you should check the option to show hidden folders in Windows Explorer. 

  1. Open 'Windows Explorer' by clicking 'Start' menu ->'Programs' ->'Accessories' ->'Windows Explorer' or by double-clicking on 'My Computer' icon on your desktop.
  2. Open 'Tools' menu ->'Folders Options'.
  3. Select the second tab (Display).
  4. In the first list "Files and Folders", check the radio button "Display the hidden files and folders".
