How can I make a "DxDiag" diagnostic file?

Dartfish Support asked you to send a DxDiag file to provide information about your computer.

Here is how you should do:

• First of all, please connect your camcorder(s) to the computer and turn it/them on.

• Then, click the "Start" menu, and click "Run..."

• Type "dxdiag" and click "Ok".

• In the new window, click on the button labelled "Save all information".

• A "Save As.." dialog box appears. Choose a handy destination (on the screenshot below, the desktop)  and click "Save".

• Attach the saved filed to the mail when you answer to Dartfish support.
