How can I make a "MSInfo" system information file ?

Dartfish Support asked you to send a MSInfo file to provide information about your computer.

 

Here is how you should do:

 

• First of all, please connect your camcorder(s) to the computer and turn it/them on.

 

• Then, click the "Start" menu, and click "Run..."

 

 

• Type msinfo32 and click Ok.

 

 

• In the new window, click on File -> Save.

 

 

• A "Save As.." dialog box appears. Choose a handy  and click "Save".

 

 

• Attach the saved filed to the mail when you answer to Dartfish support.
