How to update the Dongle drivers - [2000/XP/VISTA & Windows 7 (32+64 bits)]

If you cannot start the Dartfish Software and have an error message such as "program not licensed for this computer" or stating that there is no dongle connected, please follow these steps to update the Dongle drivers:

  1. Close the Dartfish Software and remove the dongle from your system.
  2. Go to: http://www.safenet-inc.com/support/tech/sentinel.asp
  3. Find "Sentinel Protection Installer" and download it.
  4. Run the installer you just downloaded, and reboot if necessary.
  5. Put the dongle back, and open the Dartfish Software.
