How to update the Dongle drivers
dongleIn case you cannot get the Dartfish Software to open up with an error such as "program not licensed for this computer", or an error stating there is no dongle connected, please use the following steps to update the Dongle drivers:
- Close the Dartfish Software and remove the dongle from your system.
- Go to: http://www.safenet-inc.com/support/tech/sentinel.asp
- Find Sentinel Protection Installer v7.2.1 (First one), and download it.
- Run the installer you just downloaded, and reboot if necessary.
- Put the dongle back, and open the Dartfish Software.
