Icons on the toolbar disappear partially or fully

Problem:

After installing the application "Dartfish" or a Dartfish patch, the icons on the toolbar have disappeared (partially or fully).

Solution:

You will need to reset the toolbar:

1. Open the "Dartfish" software
   
2. Select the menu 'Tools', then 'Customize...'
3. Click 'Toolbars' tab
4. Click the 'Reset All' button
5. Click 'Close' button

The toolbar should now be back to normal.
