Information message 'IRMan Server error (x)'

Problem:

When launching the software, the following error message appears:

Answer:

This error message appears when Dartfish Software is set to use the Philips remote control, but cannot detect the receptor when launching the software.

If you are using the Philips remote:

  • Plug the IRMan Receiver on a free COM port of your computer before launching Dartfish software.

    or
  • If you do not want to use the Philips remote at that time, simply click "Ok".

    If you are not using any remote or if you are using StreamZap remote instead:

  • Go into "Tools" menu, then "Customize...". Click the "Remote control" tab, and uncheck the box in front of "IRMan Remote Device" and click Ok.

    You will not have the error box anymore.
