Streamzap remote on Windows Vista and Windows 7 (64 bits)


In order to get your Streamzap remote to work in Windows Vista and Windows 7 (64 bits only), you will need to install a beta driver provided by Streamzap.


Please follow the instructions below for Windows Vista (64 bits):
  • Make sure you already installed Dartfish on the computer
  • Make sure the remote’s receiver is not connected to any usb port
  • Download and extract the zipped archive to a folder
  • Connect the remote’s receiver
  • Windows will now ask you to install the new device
  • Don’t select automatic installation, you must manually point Windows to look for a compatible driver in the folder where you extracted the archive
  • After the successful installation, reboot your computer
  • You should now be able to use remote in Dartfish !
If the remote is still not detected, you will need to download and install this extra program
  • Reboot again and run Dartfish

Note: For Windows Vista and Windows 7 32 bits, the driver is installed during the Dartfish Software installation process.
