The download is not working
Problem:You get an error message, a blank screen or a screen full of unreadable characters when you try to download the Dartfish software trial or update.
Solution:
Clear your web browser cache and then try again:
On Internet Explorer:
- Select "Tools" > "Internet Options...".
- Select the "General" tab.
- Click "Delete Files..." in the section "Temporary Internet files".
- Click "OK" on the "Delete Files" dialog box.
- Click "OK".
- Select "Edit" > "Preferences...".
- Expand the "Advanced" category.
- Select "Cache".
- Click the "Clear Memory Cache" button.
- Click the "Clear Disk Cache" button.
- Click "OK".
- Select "Tools" > "Options...".
- Select the "Privacy" icon.
- Click the "Clear" button next to "Cache".
- Click "OK".
