The download is not working

Problem:

You get an error message, a blank screen or a screen full of unreadable characters when you try to download the Dartfish software trial or update.



Solution:

Clear your web browser cache and then try again:

On Internet Explorer:
  • Select "Tools" > "Internet Options...".
  • Select the "General" tab.
  • Click "Delete Files..." in the section "Temporary Internet files".
  • Click "OK" on the "Delete Files" dialog box.
  • Click "OK".
On Netscape:
  • Select "Edit" > "Preferences...".
  • Expand the "Advanced" category.
  • Select "Cache".
  • Click the "Clear Memory Cache" button.
  • Click the "Clear Disk Cache" button.
  • Click "OK".
On Mozilla Firefox:
  • Select "Tools" > "Options...".
  • Select the "Privacy" icon.
  • Click the "Clear" button next to "Cache".
  • Click "OK".
