Troubleshooting Connect 4.0 activation process

Problem:

You are not able to complete the activation process of your Connect 4.0 automatically, nor manually using the code provided by Dartfish.

Answer:

A whole lot of issues have been solved with the release of the 4.0.7 patch. If you encounter any problem, please update your software up to the latest version.

You can always get the latest Connect full installer by visiting this page (Current version: 4.0.6):

Then, you can get patches if available by visiting this page:

http://www.dartfish.com/downloads/update

As soon as you are on version 4.0.7 or higher, please try to activate using the automatic method, as it is now designed to detect the potential errors and counter them. If you are still having problems, please contact Dartfish Technical Support with information about it, it is likely to be a license problem which can be solved easily.
