The participants were presented with Dartish certificates from the Swiss company. The executive manager asked the participants whether they benefited from the workshop and if they see potential opportunities for using the software for the analysis of games. The feedback was that although the workshop lasted only 3 days, the instructor was able to pass on a vast mount of information and show many methods of using Darfish in their field in technical and tactical ways.
The executive director thanked the participants for their effort and interaction with the instructor. He emphasized that the club has decided to purchase the software from Darfish and pointed out that the technical side of sports with the use of technology cannot be influenced by emotional evaluation. The technology will only unveil facts about their athletes and their performance and how to improve them. He pointed out the importance of reports based on video with the use of Darfish.
Dr. Rachid Taoussi, director of football, emphasized to football coaches the importance of technology and analysis . He also stressed the fact that the administration is following the instructions of His Highness the honorary vice- president of Al-Ain club Shaikh Hazaa bin Zayed Al-Nehayan on implementing the latest technology in the club and in the football academy. Dr. Rachid said that the Dartfish method is very effective as a picture speaks louder than a thousand words. He also said that a coach who does not use a computer is considered illiterate!
The importance of the program:
Coach Zakariya, head of goal-keeping at the academy, stressed the importance that the club owns Dartfish and other similar sophisticated programs at the academy level. The senior team is using similar programs now, and it is important that the young players get accustomed to these programs at an early age.
A young player can learn more efficiently when he sees something himself than by listening to a verbal explanation. The chances of success can be increased when the key negative and positive aspects of a performance are seen on video. Dartfish certainly has the ease and simplicity of usage to help both the player and his coach alike. Everyone who attended this workshop has learnt and benefited from it with new information and new knowledge. He requested more workshops on new technology and how it can be used at the club.

In the closing ceremony, the executive director presented Dartfish instructor, Mr. Fakhro, with the club shield in gratitude for his efforts during the workshop.
