Atlanta, GA - Dartfish, the leader in video analysis software, together with Fitness Artworks, a company that creates artwork using images to instruct, teach, and disperse information specifically for the Sports and Fitness Industry, have partnered up to create and emphasize the ART of using the Dartfish software as a coaching tool.

Roald Bradstock, a former World Record Holder and Olympic Athlete in the Javelin first started using the Dartfish software in August 2003. "When I first saw Dartfish my jaw dropped open. If only Dartfish had been around 20 years ago when I was at my peak as an athlete," said President of Fitness Artworks, Roald Bradstock. The Dartfish software inspired Roald and led him to throwing an American Age Record (for a 42 year old) and finishing 10th at the 2004 USA Olympic Trials.

Roald was named the International Sports Artist of the Year in 2003, by the United States Sports Academy and American Sports Art Museum and Archives. This prestigious award was given to him in recognition of his award winning style of art called Athletic Abstraction.

"The tagline dARTfish came to me a few months later when I was trying to think of how my artwork could be used to help market and distinguish Dartfish from other companies," said Bradstock.

The partnership between the two companies will bring together the technological and artistic pieces together to promote the power of the visual image (a picture is worth a thousand words) as a learning and coaching tool.
