The Spanish Badminton Federation has created an interactive CD that describes the key elements trainers should use to teach badminton to athletes aged 11 to 13. Each CD contains:
- 35 exercise analyses
- 65 links to videos on high level training
- 51 colour pages with photographs describing the technical content and every stage of action, thus illustrating the main aspects and mistakes that should be avoided.
