If athletes are committed to reaching their true performance potential, SPARTA is the answer, because they understand that athletes can’t afford to waste valuable time or energy on training methods that might not give exactly what their sport demands. Fact is, a generalized training program ignores your individual needs and probably won’t get you where you want to go athletically.
Dartfish software is an integral part of each individualized training session at SPARTA. Athletes not only receive verbal cues from SPARTA coaches, but also receive visual feedback via large TV monitors mounted on the training hall walls. Dartfish software is used to display the athletes’ workouts on the monitors with a 30 second delay, so that after an athlete completes an exercise, they can observe themselves on the monitors.
Director Phil Wagner, MD explains how SPARTA utilizes Dartfish software. ”At SPARTA, our programs are built around doing fundamental high-intensity movements very well. Athletes find that the athletic movements themselves are not always different from what they have done in the past, but the way the movements are done is much different.
Focusing on specific movement mechanics is the only way we can get the correct stimulus out of each exercise and give the athletes exactly what they need. Dartfish software is invaluable as a feedback tool, allowing athletes to see themselves training in a way they probably haven't seen before. Dartfish helps them perfect their training movements in the same way they aim to perfect their specific sport skills."
