Victor Bergonzoli – one of the founders of the company - is currently the world-wide head of sales of Dartfish and the president of Dartfish Inc USA. He has been instrumental in the successful build-up of the company’s North American business.
Victor holds a Master degree in Economics from the University of Lausanne. He began his career as a commercial advisor for a security company in Switzerland. He then worked at Credit Suisse in Geneva and Zurich. Later he moved on to the M&A group of Swisscom International. He spent 2 years in India as the Country Manager for Swisscom and thereafter as a member of management of their cellular telecom company.
“I’m very pleased about the appointment of Victor as the CEO of our company: he brings a proven international business building track record as well as the drive and determination to bring Dartfish into the next dimension” said Anton Affentranger, Dartfish’s Executive Chairman of the Board and acting CEO. He added “The Board also approved a fund raising program to finance the further scale – up of the company. This program will be initiated in the course of the month of April and is expected to be completed during the 3rd quarter 2007”. “I look forward to taking on this new challenge and to work with Board and Management in the further expansion of our company” said Victor Bergonzoli.

Victor Bergonzoli appointed CEO of Dartfish
Fribourg, April 2, 2007. The Board of Directors of Dartfish has unanimously appointed Victor Bergonzoli as the new CEO of the company.
