Manage your members
As channel administrator, you no doubt want your members to share in the life of your organisation. Keep them updated with recent news and links to video resources. Use the improved e-mail service. Add members easily. Quickly search or filter members. Subscribe them to the channel or to a collection and even remind them of their login information. The amount of members is not limited.
More member privileges! Give your members more privileges by allocating them a seat. A seated member can have extra rights, such as uploading / editing content and can access private content and even their personal collection. Seats are subject to a quota.
Manage subscriptions and subscribers
Benefit from a greater and more user-friendly management of subscriptions. The group subscription feature has especially been revised to be easier, more flexible and time-saving, with the ability to subscribe all subscribers of a collection to one or more other collections in one go.
Stay in the loop with the notification service
Communicate freely with your channel members when content is changed – rapidly and precisely!
All members will automatically receive an e-mail notification when the content of a channel has been modified. Members can select their own notification criteria – type of content, language and frequency. Plus, a link in the notification e-mail sends you directly to the relevant material (e.g. a key position in a video), saving you time. Your work and efforts won’t go unnoticed!
Share with playlists
Go further with your public content! Increase the visibility of your activity by sharing videos on your website. You can create multiple “smart” playlists based on criteria and embed them in the Dartfish web player. The playlists are automatically updated with new videos that match your criteria.
Alternatively, share a video and comment on Facebook, Twitter or MySpace with one click.

- Get exactly what you want by carrying-out a multi-criteria search.
- Display more videos on a page in the “list view”, which complements the “expanded list view” and “grid view”.
- Put an end to meaningless video thumbnails, update them from the video in the web presenter.
- Improved key position viewing experience. The descriptions are no longer overlaid on the video and you can step around a key position while still displaying the description.
