Dartfish Customer Care Platform

Users of version 5.x or newer can access the Customer Care Platform simply by registering your software. Here you can find answers in the FAQ or contact support. . You can also access training resources and download your software, licence keys and drivers.

How to register a Dartfish product?
  1. Launch your Dartfish software
  2. Select “Help > Register Product” from the top menu
  3. Follow the on-screen instruction to finish the registration (Internet connection required)

Keep your Software up to date

It is important that you are using the very latest version of your software to give you access to the latest functionalities and stability improvements.

Dartfish Software 5.x and 6.x users can update from the start page or Help menu. You can also download the latest software from the Customer Care Portal.

Users of older versions can check that their software is up to date and download updates and patches from the following link. Go to updates & patches
