What's new in video analysis

Improve analyzing: the new Analyzer interface offers you a complete and integrated set of tools that gives you the ability to combine your coaching expertise with video and images. Add drawings, written and audio comments to video and/or key moments of a video and generate powerful presentations that you can share with your athletes/students.

Analyze only relevant video: define a play range by setting the cue in and out position (trimming). You can now keep only the relevant footage by replacing the original clip with the trimmed version. Trimming can now also be applied to Windows Media and DV files.

analyze key positions effortlessly: create still images of key moments of a video (key positions) in just a few clicks and analyze each image separately. You can easily navigate through the key positions by clicking on the corresponding thumbnails.

Gain time by reusing existing analysis: Import key positions, drawings and comments from previously analyzed clips. Build a reference content library of analyzed clips that can be used time after time.

analyze key positions together: key positions can be displayed next to each other on the Analyzer's video display screen. Have an at-a-glance view of a performance key moments.

Compare clips at key positions: just a double-click to resynchronize clips at every key position, makes it easier than ever to analyze movements performed at different speeds. It is now possible to precisely compare key positions in rapid movements too, as split-screen analysis supports a full 50/60 images/sec.

Compare key positions with reference pictures: Use the new Image drawing tool to insert a picture on top of the video. This allows you to compare the video key position with reference pictures from your library. Can also be used to include a logo or display a diagram.

Extra automatic tracking function: Automatic tracking has been extended to track angles, distances, lines and curves.
